Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit the homepage and click "Staff Sign-Up" (for NPC staff) or "Associate Sign-Up" (for non-staff members). Fill in your details:

  • Username (this is what you'll use to log in)
  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Password (choose something secure)

Step 2: Log In

After registration, go back to the homepage and click "Staff Login" or "Associate Login" depending on your membership type. Enter your username and password.

Step 3: Set Up Your Profile

Once logged in, click "Profile" in the navigation bar. Then click "Edit Profile" to add your:

  • Address and date of birth
  • Next of kin details
  • IPPIS number (for salary deduction)

Step 4: Set Monthly Savings

From the dashboard, click "Set Monthly Savings" to specify how much you want deducted monthly for savings.

Your Dashboard

After logging in, you'll see your personal dashboard showing:

  • Savings Balance — your total savings across all accounts
  • Monthly Contribution — how much is deducted monthly
  • Active Loan Balance — how much you currently owe
  • Recent Loans — status of your loan applications
  • Recent Service Requests — any requests you've submitted

View Savings History

Click "My Loans" in the nav bar, or from the dashboard, you can see your savings transaction history showing every deposit, withdrawal, and interest credit.

Submit a Service Request

Need help? Click "My Requests" in the nav, then "Create New Request". Select a category (Loan Inquiry, Account Update, etc.), describe your issue, and submit. You'll be able to track the status.

admin_panel_settings For Admins / Executives

Admin Dashboard

Staff members see both their personal account section and an Administration panel. The admin panel shows system-wide stats: total members, active loans, total savings pool, and pending actions.

Managing Members

Click "Members" in the nav to see all members. You can:

  • Search and filter members by name, status, or type
  • View member details and account statistics
  • Add new members manually
  • Record savings deposits and withdrawals for any member
  • Activate or deactivate member accounts

Processing Loans

Click "Loans" in the nav to see all loan applications. The workflow is:

  1. Member submits loan application (status: Pending)
  2. Admin reviews and clicks "Approve" or "Reject"
  3. Once approved, admin clicks "Disburse" to release the funds
  4. Admin records payments as they come in via "Make Payment"

Managing Service Requests

Click "Services" to see all service requests from members. Update statuses, assign to staff, and add comments.

Reports

Click "Reports" for financial summaries, member reports, loan portfolio analysis, balance sheet, profit & loss statements, and audit trail. Reports can be exported as CSV.

Eligibility

  • You must be an active member for at least 6 months
  • You must have a positive savings balance
  • Willful Loan: Maximum is 2x your Willful Savings balance
  • Property Loan: Maximum is 50% of your Share Capital
  • A ₦1,000 application fee is charged per loan application

How to Apply

  1. Log in and go to your Dashboard
  2. Click "Apply for Loan"
  3. Fill in the loan amount, term (in months), and purpose
  4. Submit your application
  5. Wait for the executive committee to review and approve
  6. Once approved and disbursed, monthly repayments will be deducted via IPPIS

Repayment

Repayment is done through monthly IPPIS salary deductions. The system generates a repayment schedule showing each installment's due date and amount. You can view your schedule and payment history from the loan detail page.

info Registration Fee

New members are required to pay a one-time registration fee of ₦2,000. This covers administrative costs and your initial membership processing. Please contact the Financial Secretary for payment details.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link.

How long before my loan is approved?

Loan applications are typically reviewed within 3-5 working days. You'll receive a notification once your loan status changes.

Can I change my monthly savings amount?

Yes. From your dashboard, click "Set Monthly Savings" and enter your new amount. The change takes effect from the next deduction cycle.

How do I contact the executives?

Submit a Service Request through the platform, or contact the Secretary directly. The cooperative office is located at the NPC Ebonyi State Office, Abakaliki.

What is IPPIS?

IPPIS (Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System) is the federal government's payroll system. Your monthly cooperative contributions and loan repayments are deducted directly from your salary through IPPIS.
